Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)
Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) is well-studied to be used for immune system modulation. That means to stabilize the immune system! Because it is a stabilizer (as opposed to something that either enhances or blunts) it is used for BOTH autoimmunity and cancer.
Here’s a brief video discussing immune system balance.
At Vitality Renewal Functional Medicine, we are experts in using LDN for those with:
■ Autoimmunity
■ A history of cancer
■ A family history of cancer
■ Stealth/recurring infections
The medication requires a prescription from a compounding pharmacy, because it is not made at the low-dose from the manufacturer.
We use LDN as a powerful addition to support the immune system while we work diligently on the underlying-root cause of what led to the disruption in the first place.
